The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful, historical building in the centre of town. We loved the safe and secured private parking, as well as the super reliable and fast wifi. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us to cook meals, and we appreciated the TV with plenty of French channels to choose from. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and touristic buildings was a major plus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Villa Republique Normandie Fraternite for a stay in Caen.

The apartment itself was comfortable and cozy, with modern facilities that maintained the historic aspects of the building. The secure gated carpark was a great bonus, and the views from the top of the building were breathtaking. We received a warm welcome from our hosts, and their helpful tips made our visit even more enjoyable. We're already planning our next trip to Normandy to see everything we missed!
